Search Marketer (PPC and SEO)

Job Description:
The Search Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the marketing team at DudaMobile and will be responsible for leading the management and execution of all PPC and SEO activities. You will focus on driving highly qualified traffic and acquisition efforts through both paid and organic search. The candidate will be up to date with the latest industry trends and constantly changing guidelines and algorithms of various search engines. DudaMobile is
based in California and Israel and is funded by leading angel investors
in the Internet space.

Responsibilities:
• Manage, execute and provide ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns. 
• Responsible for developing SEO specific success metrics, creating and managing reporting, and analyzing results 
• Execute a full spectrum of SEO activities including keyword research, site audits, page and site-level optimization, content optimization, link building, and competitive assessment 
• Develop SEM and SEO specific KPI metrics and benchmark goals.
• Monitor and manage analytics platform to maximize effectiveness of our search effort
• Monitor and analyze PPC and organic search engine website activity, traffic trends, SERP rankings through SEO campaign management tools, such as Google analytics 
• Conceptualize and execute link building campaigns and research
• Identify and establish partnerships with authoritative websites for link building 
• Provide competitive analysis of top ranking competitor sites and ranking health of our sites. Prepare reports of PPC & SEO campaign performance

Qualifications:
• At least 4-6 years of PPC & SEO experience; online marketing a plus
• Proven track record of developing, executing and optimizing organic and paid search campaigns
• Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms and principals
• Strong web analytics skills including experience with Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools, Excel
• Basic web design and development knowledge or comprehension (HTML, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, DNS, robots, etc.)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
• Experience in a start-up or small-company environment a big plus
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering
