"It seemed like every person that came in was constantly on their smartphone. I thought about it a little, and figured my customers were just like me. I'm constantly on the go, I'm always on my phone for internet access, and I hardly even open my computer anymore." This realization came on the heels of the restaurant's grand opening, a time in which Ulas was very eager to gain customers for his fledgling business.
